Shipping & Handling Policy

At Vape Shop Wholesale, we prioritize delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below is our shipping and handling policy so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer 1–4 business day shipping for most orders. If you place your order by 5 PM EST, we aim to process and ship it the same day when possible. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier conditions, holidays, and weather.

Handling Time

Orders may require up to 1 business day for processing before shipment. We work to get orders out fast, but please include handling time when estimating delivery.

Non-Shipping Days & Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.

Adult Signature Required

For all orders, an adult signature is required upon delivery to help ensure packages are received securely and in compliance with age-restricted delivery requirements.

Physical Address Requirement

We ship to physical addresses only and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur. Vape Shop Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Order Protection

For additional peace of mind, we offer Route package protection at checkout. If your shipment is lost or stolen in transit—or marked delivered but not received—please file a claim through Route to initiate resolution.
