Handling a Defective Item

If your product isn’t working as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return request.

  • Photos and/or video showing the defect (recommended)

2. Review Process
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and respond with the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs: We evaluate each case individually to determine whether return shipping is covered or whether it may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

3. Return Authorization & Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and—when applicable—a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

4. Inspection & Refund
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. Once confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, covering the price of the item.
